Sales is not a numbers game it is a skills game and the more you have the mindset of I want to be the best you will work everyday towards this.

How do I do this 

  1. Find your success and struggles and your mindset around both
  2. How do you fix your mindset in areas that you struggle like let's say cold calling set your mind to this will be the best cold calling session today every time you do a cold call your energy and confidence will soar through the rough!
  3. Write goals down and post daily where you can see them this will motivate yourself and or your team to succeed with you. 
  4. Always have the mindset of I am a winner if not this sale the next one and you will close 60% more deals looking less desperate for clients or the old advisor mindset!

Why is this important:

If you don't have the right mindset everyday that you work to succeed at your goals than you just need help finding the skills for that. My course offers more information on the importance of mindset and considering it when working on that mindset around wins and struggles! The wrong mindset or sales imposter syndrome as I like to call it, and that is  that you tell yourself that you are not going to make this sale de valuing yourself of course that energy will rub off on not only your confidence level but your prospect. kind of like a laugh is contagious so is a bad mindset that can lead to a bad impression.

Also a bad mindset can lead to burnout as well as mental health issues, and on occasion physical health conditions. Always work for you and your businesses or firms best interest by caring for yourself in mindset and body!
