Why is Niching down so important to my overall prospecting and sales success

There are tens of thousands of businesses currently operating in every industry you can think of and the online market has never been more saturated. But, while this has its benefits, standing out among your competitors has become increasingly challenging. In order to attract more leads and increase conversions, you need to set yourself apart and one of the most effective ways to achieve this is through identifying your niche.
The importance of niching down does not lie in just easy to find prospects but in filling a need that your product or service will provide to that prospect.
Let me give an example for high ticket sales you want to look for job titles that make over 100,000 per year. Most of the time for them to feel comfortable to invest if you have a High Ticket offer like Financial advising or even Life Insurance sales you must build trust as well as you help with VERY personal matters.
Another Example would be for new entrepreneur like a web developer or even a fitness guru looking to find their audience with the services they provide in either website development or the audience that wants to get in shape or needs to get in shape for health reasons.
For the Web Developer they will look where there is a need for this service with new business owners launching a digital product or even financial or insurance advisor's who need virtual marketing help in web development.
Now the point to all these examples are that niching down you can find the pain point and relate to them on a personal but professional level instead of the in your face outdated way of selling, but keep it short.
Than go into what their need is and how you can fill that need with your product or service. Base scripting is also made possible with a niche that can be adapted per prospect you are engaging with for a discovery call or a qualification call to see if you can work together.
Will this close doors to other potential sales? The answer NO it does not the rebuttal to use here is
